Dentistry can be accomplished in a comfortable fashion. Dr. Richard Meltzer is one of only a handful of dentists in the State of Maryland board certified in IV sedation and anesthesia. With Diplomate Status, Dr. Meltzer has been associated with the American College of Forensic Dentistry, a member of the Maryland State Medical Forensic Team, Chairman of the Dental Department at Hebrew Home of Greater Washington, and is a member of the Ethics Committee of Southern Maryland Dental Society. He has also participated in the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology Forensic course of study.
